SPECIAL NOTE:  The "First and Exclusive" by the Rolling Stones is 
the only instance of WABC playing an advance copy of a Rolling 
Stones record (in this case, a British import).  Again with 
suspicions of pressure from London Records, the record was dropped 
almost immediately, and would not be re-added until it was 
officially released in the U.S.  WABC added it to the 21 June 1966 
survey, nine weeks after it was played here, and it was made the 
"Pick Hit of the Week" the following Tuesday (28 June 1966).
