SPECIAL NOTE: For the first time since 1963, all of the numbers
on the printed survey are in order, and accounted for. (The "--"
by the Ambrosia song indicates it is an add, probably a hitbound,
and not yet ranked on the survey.) At the same time, the
distinction between the Top 14 and the remaining survey has been
eliminated. This happy condition (all songs on the printed survey
given a numbered position) will continue for only the next eight
weeks.
