Chicago hasn't got forums like this and the main board where people who know something about radio keep hammering away at what is wrong with the station. That may seem trivial but it has an impact as people who don't know much about radio read that they're not alone and that there are actually valid reasons for objecting. Listener backlash usually goes down over time but these boards keep it going and going. The posts here are now celebrating Jacks poor showing which only makes it harder for the format to outlast its detractors.
