That looks like a great list of songs that would appeal to a wide range of listeners and keep them listening. Why couldn't Infinity have put a list like this into their Jack-Pod. I am sure they would have retained a lot more listeners than they have now with Jack-Rock. In fact why not take their FM Stations and make them all Jack-Something like JACK-Oldies, Jack-Dance, Jack-Urban, Jack-Country. They could get rid of All thier airstaff nationwide, close down the studios and most of the offices and use a centralized nationwide add agency or department with only a part time rep in major market areas or regions . Get someone just out of marketing college so they dont have to pay too much for a new guy. Wouldn't specialized JACK- be better than the mish-mosh of stuff they are trying to play on Jack-101.1.

Maybe when the ratings continue in decline they might try your list. Obviously the station would not be the same but it would be a lot better than it is. In the mean time I'll listen to my purchased music accumilated over ..............well, lets just say multi-decades, and for radio I am sticking with WLNG ( via internet ) WWKB ( nights in the car ) , some of the other internet stations I enjoy like my favorite UK DAB Stations that I listen to off-air when I visit the UK, and my recently purchased " Cousin Brucie " Radio ( Sirius ) . Infinity may not realize just how many loyal listeners they chased away and how many options that are available for all of us. their advertisers dont want our money because of our age ? ( talk about age discrimination ) No Problem, I'll spend my money on Sirius Radio, More Computers to listen on the Internet, Legal Music Downloads to fill in a few gaps in my accumilation of " purchased Music "
