This was a therapeutic board for those of us saddened by the loss of a great station, and I would like to thank the both of you for providing us the opportunity to share our thoughts and feelings. For those that will continue this on the new board, thanks to you as well - and to those that were a part of this board and our 'outside' activities such as the rally and the ice cream social, I am glad to have met you and to have been a part of those things.
I'm sorry I participated less and less as time went on; I just felt that while we had lost something I was very fond of, we are increasingly losing other things very near and dear to all of us - and this has been a great distraction to me lately. I am finding it harder and harder to read the day's events...to put it another way, "I read the news today, oh boy...".
We all need to fight to keep the things that mean so much to us (big and little things), and I respect all of you for having that great American spirit and the willingness to do so. See you all (in time) at WCBSFM.ORG!
