This board has brought out some of the best commentary I've ever read by radiophiles, listeners, and professionals. Thank you Allen and Bob for this.
While WCBS-FM is gone, it has again illustrated the need to support your local station that is your favorite, not only with listenership, but with vocal support of their advertisers if it is humanly possible.
