Who is this one-hit wonder pictured in the middle above?
Hints: His one hit was recorded under an assumed name and was banned in England in the 1960's, but NOT for the lyrics. Here in the good ol' USA, we had NO problem with this Philadelphia native's song. In fact, his one hit was a top ten smash!
