I have that album, which is called "Make It Happen".
I am aware of at least three different versions of "Tears"... the LP cut, the single (which, to my ears, sounds different from the album version), and the version that you commonly hear on the radio today (which doesn't sound to me like the other two versions at all... different tempo and bass line in particular).
