Time Of The Season by the Zombies was originally on their 1967 LP " Odeyssey & Oracle " and wasn't released as a single until 1969.

That LP was a UK release only. It wasn't until Al Kooper brought it to the attention of Clive Davis that it got released here. Clive originally didn't want to release it but later gave in and released it on the Date label.
