There are certainly lots of early 80s oldies that fit in with the 'typical' oldies sound.It gets a little thinner as time progresses.
Though I'm not a big fan of todays music.However besides the heavy metal type rock and hard core rap,I think the average oldies fan could at least tolerate most of it.
