Please calm down every time a pre-Beatles song is played. This is a special gift, not the future norm. The new CBS-FM's focus is the hits of the 60's, 70's and now the 80's.
Personally I think this was a mistake to do so early. It gives a mixed signal to the new listener and offers a counter attack for other stations. They can try to label CBS-FM as the "old fogie station" in an attempt to keep from losing any of their listeners to them.
