After all, I don't think anyone would dispute that the average CBS listener is completely unaware of our message board, the community of close knit CBS-Niks, and the whole explosion of love that followed Bob Shannon's opening up a new case of great radio last week.
Friends and relatives I spoke to in NJ a last week were either unaware of CBS's return, were excited about it (but not like us) or were rather blase' about the whole thing. I think that's just the way it is. Radio is a nice, secondary form of entertainment for civilians.
I hate to criticize you in any way, Mike, because you are almost always right on when it comes to radio.
But, I myself, would have let the guy up easy.
