Unfortunately it doesn't. If that was the case, there would not be the increased emphasis on 80's music.
CBS-FM is back for basically two reasons:
1. The brand is/was so strong for the station that it was hard for JACK.
2. The new electronic ratings methodology that goes into effect in October should help stations like CBS-FM get credit for more listeners in younger demos. That's what happened with WOGL in Philadelphia.
