As great as these jocks are, I actually think CBS-FM should take a different approach (aside from any specialty shows). I think they should seek new, younger talent for some shifts in order to attract a younger audience. It would still have to be talent that loves and understands the music and the history.
I think there are a lot of 25-year-olds who either already love this music or would be attracted to it, but they would feel more comfortable listening to someone closer to their age, who understands their culture and desires, then one more 65 year-old male.
And I think bringing in new, younger talent would bring a freshness that would be interesting for everyone.
