And Bill, smart Management does consider listener input. It doesn't mean it is always implemented in whole, in part or at all, however it should be evaluated as part of the 'refining & improving' process.
Like all businesses, radio has its good and not so good operators. I see no reason why WCBS-FM would turn a blind eye to constructive audience feedback. After all, this is make or break time and there is no way Dan Mason & team want to see the great lady come off the rails a second time, through Corporate ignorance &/or arrogance.
