This point is somewhat moot, because WCTZ's days are severely numbered. The station is moving to Port Chester, NY, and will become a Bronx-Westchester station. Unless Cox decides to move the station to 95.9, I think it will be sold to a new owner and likely taken off the air for a more Westchester/Bronx station. Country, Gospel, Dance, and Ethnic programming may be options for the signal, along with 103.9 WFAS-FM, which is moving in to Bronxville. But I doubt you'll see "The Coast" continue on 96.7 when the move is done.
