Not having a radio background, I have often wondered how the WCBSFM jocks consistently weave together song transitions, intros, endings and the rest with such personality, style, and precise timing. How much is spontaneous, "on the fly" thought verses pre-thought out, perhaps pre-written transitions based on the playlists?
