The dilemma might be this. If CBS-FM puts more of the 50's songs on the internet, they might be afraid of losing listeners to their internet (HD) counterpart. And at this point, it seems that they are (and should be) interested in keeping as many of their listeners as possible. Not losing them to the internet.
