Found some web sites on this topic (distant reception) that may be of interest to others. One shows logs from those doing TV-FM DX'ing (receiving distant stations) - tonight this includes reports from Poughkeepsie, NY!

If you do not understand the factors that cause these signals to travel so far (and I know I don't) - Wikipedia helps explain, and adds other links on the topic (which have their own links of course).

And if you have access to a Ham Radio operator or FCC 1st Class Engineer - they can add all kinds of details on why FM signals can take a several hundred mile detour.
My point is just to say there are a bunch of others out there that get into out of town reception in a big way - in case you wanted to learn more. The same way some of us get into DJs, playlists, etc. It's all good.
OK - back to the hits!
