But you're correct. The legitimacy of the REI (Sarasota) First Phone course comes under scrutiny again. Between us grads and Elkins in places like Chicago, there are thousands of us still twisting dial and reading meters.

(Fwiw : I used to live across the river from WPHT 1210's 50,000 watt stick. They came in, with diminshing returns as you went up the dial, on 2420, and consecutive short wave harmonics 4840, 9680, and so forth. Pretty good way to get a reference in callibrating the dial, which is horribly imprecise the higher you go)
