Absolutely correct, only you left out Bob also being responsive off the air. Most jocks wouldn't bother replying to a post about "Sea Cruise" or another song here. It's that dedication to the small things that make Bob stand out.
Maybe the station should build on Jack's "play what we want" theme with a new one...
