I happen to like War's "All Day Music" and it IS a summer song.
And no, I do not think they are overplaying any one song.
The station does have to establish itself and to do so it has to play certain songs and a certain genre of songs. At some point it can open that up even more, but I think they have done a great job of expanding the play list... not relying on a tiny 300 song library... and yet not going so far out there that the songs are too esoteric or little known as to dilute the "message" of what the station is all about.
