Because time is not the reason that a station plays the 7 minute version of Light My Fire. The single of Light my fire sunds poorly edited and chopped. The single of Beginings at 2:50 which was a hit also does not. I wish I could explain the difference to you but Light My Fire is one of very few songs which must be played in its entirety. If the single edit of Light my fire were better artistically, then it could be played but its so poorly done that it makes the song sound scoped, as opposed to edited.
