Absolutely no Rap! It never did, doesn't and never will belong on CBS-FM. Regardless of how "modernized" this format is, it is a totally different culture from Rap. The people listening during the day in offices would tune out as well as the general listenership who just want to hear the hits. We call it a "greatest hits" format which is just another term for "modern oldies". But there is no relationship between the music played on CBS-FM and Rap. Beside all of what I stated there are enough "Hot Urban" and modern R&B stations playing Rap. Why would CBS take egg on their face to admit that they were wrong in the first place by flipping to JACK and then ruin it by playing Rap?
