Not so this time! I agree that he sounds terrific. His pacing is good, he is conversational and comes up with some pretty entertaining lines.
Conceptually, I don't know if this is where CBS-FM is going to leave its morning show or whether they'll add more people to interact with him. That has nothing to do with Dan because I'd leave him as the main guy no matter what. It's just that if it's eighties era music listeners the station is trying to appeal to, they're accustomed to "Zoo" type shows where people are coming and going. For example, it sounds like the traffic reports are being recorded and played back when Dan's ready for them. That takes away any live interaction and spontaneity.
