With the high-powered 1-2-3 hitters situated across the workday, and with the rest of the lineup away from the big spotlight for now, it's obvious that the emphasis is on those PPM results that CBS saw a huge glimmer in the case of WOGL. The agenda more likely than not is seeing if those workday numbers go up before any other shifts are given credible priority.
In fact, a suspicion here is that, even if the workday numbers go through the ceiling, that the nighttimes and overnights and weekends will continue to be a secondary issue when the time comes for touch-ups. What you hear at these non-priority shifts now is what you'll be hearing for another few months and maybe even longer.
