you had to hear the conversation i had with Craig (nice guy) who was answering the phones - he's sayin that a bunch of people had already suggested that, and i'm like - "wait a sec, i don't want to be like everybody else..." by that time, he put me on with Rick and...well, you heard the mayhem last night! but it's all good!!
