Probably. But a mistake.
First, there wasn't all that much JACK audience to begin with. In the last ratings, the station was back down.
Second this is a pop/hits format. It's really what JACK should have been. But, it wasn't. Don't make the same mistake twice. Play the hits down the middle. It's a pop format, not a rock format, not an urban format, not an AC format etc. It is what it is. Trying to make it something else will only dilute its overall appeal.
Again... nothing against playing rock songs. Just don't make them dominate the format quite so much. I'd make the same argument for any other genre given this is a "greatest hits" format.
