Thanks Allan for the hard work and additional digital real estate you made available. Like you said, it certainly was utilized.
I'm wondering why WCBS FM doesn't plunk down some dough and get a dedicated server and board to handle the day in day out comments, suggestions, rants and raves, etc.
As someone mentioned, it's a very inexpensive way to measure audience satisfaction as well as make announcements for upcoming specials, etc.
I guess we'll have to see what happens.
