In one of my posts I stated that my son (21) and daughter(26) listen to it. It plays in my house and I hear it when I ride in their cars. I AM exposed to it. Therefore I can certainly judge both; for the most part I judge the quality of today's music poor. I judge its staying power minimal. I base this on both the listening patterns of my son & daughter and also (stated in another post) when I did mobile work in the 70's, 80' & 90's. I kept purchasing new music. After the songs faded from the charts they ended up on the rack because nobody wanted to hear them.
