There is another radio show that is also frequently very interactive and it also happens to be on a Saturday and that is Pete Fornatale's show on WFUV from 4-8pm.
His Mixed Bag show has its own message board on the WFUV website and Pete also keeps an eye on the Board during the show and responds to chosen postings.
While most of Pete's shows are about a particular topic or theme and he therefore plans the music for each show in advance, he does frequently change the music on the fly based on posted comments (or his own mood). He does not however take live listener phone calls during the show so it's not quite as interactive as Mark's show, but a great listening experience nonetheless.
How many programs are left on the air where the jocks get to choose all of their music? Almost none, so we should treasure the shows where this still happens.
