A Picture of all the original Good Guys is still on WMCA's site.
"From the site"
For decades WMCA AM ruled New York City radio with the help of a few Good Guys. We’re talking the sixties and seventies when teens huddled under pillows to hear the Beatles on their transistor radios. It was from the Good Guys that they heard about great new music and fun events. The Good guys knew what was hot and what was not! If you were a New York teen or a baby boomer as we’re now called, WMCA’s Top 40 music was your life line. WMCA 570 was tuned in on every radio, in every hand, of every hip young person around. It was clean, family friendly and fun. The Good Guys were a team of on air disk jockeys that were clean cut, wore matching suits and worked promotions together at record hops and personal appearances. WMCA broke new music, before it was a proven hit elsewhere and if it was hot, really cool then it was called a “Sure Shot”. Times were good, music was excellent and we still said the Pledge of Allegiance at school every morning. Remember those days?
Well they’re back and they‘re still on
