I don't think a more rah-rah/positive spirit would have kept this going - Allan said it was more analytical radio discourse he was looking for over the long haul.
I think that the chit-chat, both positive and negative, was the demise.
It was not going to last with either "I saw a CBS FM billboard!!" nor with "I don't like such-and-such dj."
