Just wanted to add my condolences to all those who lost their loved ones in Mannhatten today. I've been watching the news feeds coming in from about 2.10pm BST (9.10am EST) and it really is unbelievable. It looks just like a bad movie, I almost expected to see a UFO attack! Unbelievable.

Once again, deepest sympathies to all concerned.
