Having spent more than 3 years involved with the radio community in New York City, the tragic events of today have had an enormous effect on me.
The courage of New Yorkers has once again shown itself to be one of the reasons I have always loved the city.
To my friends in New York radio, thanks for being a voice of freedom in the middle of this tragedy.
The cowardly terrorists want to silence that voice. They will never succeed.
To all New Yorkers, please know that the whole country stands firmly with you now.
I'm off to donate blood.
