6 Transmitter Engineers are among the missing of those working at the World Trade Center.
Isaias Rivera and Bob Pattison were at the WCBS Channel 2 transmitter, William Steckman was at the WNBC Channel 4 site. At the WPIX channel 11 site was Steve Jacobson. Donald DiFranco was at the WABC channel 7 room and Rod Coppola was at the WNET channel 13 transmitter location.
A trust fund has been set up with all donations going to assist the families of broadcast engineers in NY that have been affected. Checks can be made out to "Ennes Educational Foundation Trust" and mailed to:
