From his years in late-evenings at WABC in the '60s and '70s, to his time on overnights at WQEW in the 1990s, Chuck Leonard was a joy for this Toronto listener. Few announcers have exuded such a sincere feeling of happiness on the air. His passing is a terrible loss. May he rest in peace.
