I agree wholeheartedly. But I think we should remember that there are a number of $1` Million plus radio personalities out there, who are not paid for their good looks.
Stern, Imus, Kasem, Joyner, and a handful more who have proven their worth in delivering an audience that buys goods they sell. But for every one of those there are several thousand DJs ekeing out a living on $25K a year trying to support a family.
