Well, there's your answer, Allan. Non-ethnic (whatever that means) suburban adults.
So they're going after the blacks and hispanic kids with Hot 97 and black adults with Kiss FM.
And after the white non-hispanics adults (especially the college crowd) with WRXP.
Seems pretty cut and dry.
