WNUW 97.5 ("Now") in Philly recently shifted from mainstream AC to Hot AC. It's not a CHR and hasn't been since it signed on replacing the smooth jazz station.

The two CHRs in Philly are WIOQ 102.1 (Clear Channel's Q-102) and WRDW 96.5 (Beasley's Wired 96.5), and both are doing nearly identically in the ratings. WRDW sounds a lot like WXRK.

WNUW is doing absolutely terribly and has been since a Christmas-music-fueled surge last winter. The station with which it is directly competing, WBEB (independent B-101) is first in the ratings by a very large margin. 6+ AQH is 0.8 higher than the number 2 station, and monthly cume is 300,000 people higher than the No. 2 cume station.
