That is not a reason to make change at successful stations. It's fair game to argue for change at unsuccessful stations if you can make a solid argument. But Z 100? Or 'KTU? "Too little diversity" or not, you don't mess with what is working. On that point, Tony is wrong, you are wrong and Josh is right.
Now, if Tony wants to argue that WRXP is a candidate for a dance format, he may have a point.
