Indeed they do Stephanie. I have one such board at an intall here in Quincy and, unless you perform a monthly "first birthday" on the unit it tends to do all kinds of snaky thing.
Although many of the items appear in big market stations, I've not been a huge fan of Harris studio equipment, especially the digital variety.
The Harris transmitters are good, although sometimes overbuilt for many needs (with the exception of too small of power supplies) but I've never been a fan of their studio equipment in recent years.
Give the board a "first birthday" occasionally and you'll live with greater nirvana, as far as the board goes.
