I have my own question: Listening to WINS on the radio, the teletype SFX and the top- and bottom-of-hour 1 kHz tone are heard; but on the online stream, they're not there - and I've noticed this since the move. Would there be any reason for this discrepancy? (This is in contrast to the online streams of Philadelphia's KYW where their teletype background is still heard but not the tone; and Los Angeles' KFWB where they have the tone but not the teletype sound.)
