While yes, ad buyers are still in many cases obsessed with 18-49 (which is mainly why CBS-FM was flipped to JACK in the first place), one thing I have noticed personally in the last year or two in particular is they are not nearly as obsessed with 18-49 as they were in 2004-'05. That I suspect if that is true is in part because many of those same sales reps in New York that were in their 20s and 30s a few years back are now a few years older, and with that may have realized that 18-49 may not be the be-all and end-all that it was 4-5 years ago.
The obsession with 18-49 among ad buyers is still there, but probably not like it was back in 2005.
