It is to stop these right wing hacks from lying and distorting the truth.
It is because of my respect for the medium (AND the listeners/viewers) that I do this.
When right wing hacks say that "Obama hates this country and his WIFE hates this country", yes!, it is my agenda to denounce that kind of hate talk that is intended to promote violence.
When lowlifes appear at rallies toting assault rifles, and when others hold aloft signs threatening that "We're not armed THIS TIME" yes, it is my stated intention to alert normal individuals that this is being abetted and inspired by disgusting inchworms on the radio.
Low-brow, rightwing, lying talk radio is a DISGRACE to the country and a grave threat to the institutions of demcocracy.
It is characterized by stupidity, lying, and vicious ill will.
And no honest person can make a comparison to what I do on my program with the malicious, lying, drivel that is broadcast on the deliberately and perpetually dishonest low-brow, rightwing radio.
I don't lie on my programs. They lie.
I clearly expose their mis-statements, document them, and critique them.
That is not what they do.
They make up garbage and shoot it all over America.
Don't tell me I do what they do.
And if you can't see the difference you have a real perception problem.
