According to an article on the New York Times Website:

Jeff Spurgeon, Midge Woolsey and Elliott Forrest will all be staying on as daytime program hosts after WQXR moves down the dial and changes ownership.

The article also mentions that there will be more talk programming during the evening on WNYC-FM.

WQXR will still carry the Metropolitan Opera on Saturdays, but religious programming will be dropped.

The new non-profit classical station will play more music, with about four minutes an hour of underwriting announcements, compared with up to 12-minutes of commercials on the current WQXR.
