While this is a unique case, I think that generally most programmers of commercial music stations would prefer that specialty programming of this sort not be aired in afternoon drive. I am guessing the apparent NPR moratorium is just an excuse. The other possible issue is whether thereligious services were presented as a public service, or some sort of brokered arrangement.
