Mr. Magic was true Hip Hop pioneer. He was the first to bring club type DJ mixing to the radio, first to WHBI and then he was the first to bring it to a major station, WBLS.
He was the first to play Rap on the radio, the first to bring rap and hundreds of unknown rappers to the radio and the public in general.
Like it or not a moment's thought will cause one to acknowledge the force Hip Hop has become in the world culture.
