What you're ignoring is the b illing Paul. What we don't know is how well CBS billing is verses actual ratings. Also, these are the 12-numbers, not the ones advertisers are more interested in, 25-54. You also have to consider the budget needed to run Jack vs the budget to run the current CBS FM. Jack was trending upward before the switch. I'm not saying these numbers are not great, only that it may not be an open and shut case. All that said, I would think CBS has to be really pleased with these results, even if the numbers skew a bit higher than prefered.
