From what I've read, it will alternate between Wheeler and Matthews. Not sure if that means alternating from inning to inning, or from game to game. And it'll be innings 4-6, not 3-5.

On a local note, the reunion certainly would be interesting if Michael Kay stepped in for Suzyn Waldman (rather than stepping in for Sterling) during some of these playoff broadcasts. I assume his contract with WEPN would prohibit that. Not that it would happen in any event.

This would be an interesting use for HD radio. Have the rights holder use the regular radio team for the regular radio signal, and use the TV team on an HD sub-channel of a sister FM station, with the idea that people listening to the HD station are assumed to be watching the game at home on TV with the sound down.
